Every Licensed FBO declaration in Form IX compulsory

Every Licensed FBO declares in Form IX the particulars relating to the person in-charge of such establishment, branch, unit, with due certification that the concerned person has been so nominated for the purpose of compliance under FSS Act, Rules & Regulations made therein.
