In the opening session of the ‘Thought Brew’, Zydan leaders had free-wheeling discussions with Managing Director, Dr. Sharvil Patel. ‘Thought Brew’ is the second wave of the Zydus Collaborative Leadership operative model (ZCLOM) where over 100 NextGen Zydan Leaders will converge through the year to work on cross functional projects and strengthen leadership capabilities.
