14th Annual International Seminar on 'Intellectual Property Rights: A key to successful business strategy' was organised on 23rd and 24th February, 2019 at Renaissance by Marriot Hotel, Ahmedabad. The event was organised by MarkPatent.Org, which is actively associated and dedicated to the support and advancement of Intellectual Property elements. Dr. Jaimin Vasa, Accuprec BoA member & President of GCCI was the Chief Guest on Day 1 session. Shri Padmin Buch, Chairman of BoA of Accuprec Research Labs welcomed the delegates. Second day session witnessed Dr. Ketan Patel, CMD of Troikaa Pharma as Chief Guest and Prof.(Dr) Navin Sheth, BoA member of Accuprec & Vice Chancellor of Gujarat Technological University (GTU) was the Guest of Honour.
Dr. Rajeshkumar H. Acharya is a Trustee of Markpatent.Org. He is Patent Trademark Agent and Attorneys practising since 1977. His various research work has been published in National and International Journals and Magazines on “Technical and IPR Laws”. He was the key person to organise the international event. He said that The main object of the Markpatent.Org is to provide in-depth understanding to those who are involved and know the Intellectual Property laws relating toTrademark, Patent, Copyright, Design, and Cyber and to create awareness of such laws among the genral public.
