Food Safety Commissioners got the legal training & guidance

Government of India has revised The Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954 Act. Gujarat has done remarkable progress to dispose off the pending cases under the old Act. Due to this, the work of Gujarat has been considered as a role model. Food Safety Commissioners from all over India were given training & guidance in presence of Justice Shri M.R. Shah, honourable judge of Supreme Court. In the national workshop, Shri Prakash Jani, Advocate General of Gujarat, Shri Punamchand Parmar, Additional Chief Secretary and Dr. Hemant Koshia, Commissioner, FDCA as well as other experts gave guidance.
