Accuprec successfully completes ISO 9001:2015 annual surveillance audit

Accuprec Research Labs Pvt. Ltd. has successfully completed the ISO 9001:2015 annual surveillance audit.

The surveillance team included following points in the audit:

• Effectiveness of internal auditing and management review

• review of actions taken on non-conformities identified during the previous audit

• Review of customer complaints and handling procedure.

• Determination of the effectiveness of the management system with respect to achieving its specified objectives

• progress of planned activities aimed at continual improvement

• Review of continuing operational control

• review of any changes in the management system

• Review of use of marks and/or any other reference to certification
