CEO of Accuprec addresses National Seminar on Intellectual Property Rights by Raksha Shakti Universi

National Seminar on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Was Organized By Ipr Cell, Institute Of Research & Development (R&D) of Raksha Shakti University. Dr. Manish Rachchh, Director(R&D) & CEO , Accuprec Research Labs Pvt Ltd, Ahmedabad talked about “Patent Enforcement in India: Scope and Challenges”. Session I was about “Overview of IPRs and Patenting System in India” and Speaker was Shri B. P. Singh, Joint Controller of Patents and Designs, New Delhi.

Welcome Speech was given by Prof. Priyanka Sharma, Director R & D & Convener. Dr. Akshat Mehta, HoD, Police Administration & Organising Secretary told About the Seminar & Experts. Inaugural Address was given by Shri Vikas Sahay, IPS, Director General, RSU. Session II was about “Intellectual Property - Creating New Horizons” and the speaker was Dr. Nilesh Shah, Advocate, Former Senate Member MSU, Baroda. Dr. Sumit Kumar Choudhary, Registrar, RSU presented the Vote of Thanks.
