These words were written in the visitor book of Accuprec Research Labs by Dr. S.P. Adesara, Former FDCA Commossioner and pharma expert.
Dr. Adesara addressed the staff of Accuprec. On this ocassion, Dr. Manish Rachchh, Director (R & D) and CEO welcomed all and introduced the expert. Shri Mayur Kandoriya, Director and CMO presented momento to Dr. Adesara. IPR expert Shri Padmin Buch, who is also heading Board of Advisors of Accuprec presented Vote of Thanks.
Dr. Adesara advised staff of the CRO that: "Keep the pace, zeal and efforts you are putting in. Do not stop. Do not overstretch, but professional in your work. If you are overburden or stressed, quality of your work will suffer. Whatever you do must be quality work in good quantity. Maintain the quality of work. That is desire of an ideal management. Everybody must work so well that HR should have confusion about whom to appreciate or whom to give promotion."
Accuprec is a giant infant. It has lots of responsibilities and challenges. When somebody is doing very well, then expectations automatically increases. Efficiency, speed of the work should increase through staff and automation. Team leaders are aware about where to work. The organisation has lots of capabilities, Dr. Adesara said.
You will gain lots of work experience. Small unit having big vision. I complementing for working with excellnce. Team leaders must be ready to accept the blame, not the credit. People may blame, but the vision should not be stopped. By visiting Accuprec full day, I am fully satisfied with the progress of the CRO, he said.
Dr. Adesara gave interesting tips to the staff and added that: "Please fulfil the aspiraions and expectations. Just decide togeteher that whatever work you do will be not as from only Accuprec, but from a nation. China has sabotage the entire industries in the world. People in China do it with a zeal. In Gujarati we are saying it "Machi padvu" means do it with passion. If China can do it why we cannot ? We can do it. We have to decide about our next generation, future of India. Today it is our responsibility. Today if we decide something the best for our future generaion, then in days to come we will have better India. Let us work for India unitedly."
