Motivational lecture series AccuPulse launched
Taking a team of all employees outside of regular office work and cthem to new experiences will encourage them to think outside of their normal routine and by just spending half an hour in motivational lecture will be a great beneficial to them. By keeping this is mind Accuprec Research Labs Pvt. Ltd. started a motivational lecture series “AccuPulse” for all its staff members.Various eminent personalities’ names were identified by management team for “AccuPulse”. Prof. Dr. Anamik Shah was invited as an expert for the 1st Lecture Series of “AccuPulse”.
For the 1st Lecture Series of “AccuPulse”, Dr. Anamik Shah along with his wife remained present at Accuprec Research Labs Pvt Ltd on 20th May 2017 from 5:00 pm onwards. First of all he visited whole premises and understood about various facilities available at Accuprec. 1st Lecture Series of “AccuPulse, started with the floral welcome of Dr. Anamik Shah by Dr. Rina Gokani (Director & CSO).
After that Dr. Manish Rachchh (Director & CEO) gave brief introduction of Dr. Anamik Shah to all staff members. Dr. Rachchh also shared how Professor Shah has initiated to create unique facility "National Facility for Drug Discovery Complex" and how he reached at the top position where he is today. He is known as “Dynamic Shah” among group due to his dynamic nature.
After the introduction, Dr. Anamik Shah first of all congratulated to Directors for creating such type of Well established research labs at primary location it should be Well established research lab at prime location. He was also happy to see many young and experienced staff from well known companies are now working with Accuprec. Dr. Shah started his lecture by sharing his journey from school time. He became passionate about Chemistry from standard 8th only and from than it’s continues till today. During his early stage of life he was also journalist, leader, so he was having choice of choosing his career among Journalism, Leader, Lawyer and academic and among all he choose academic field.
He taught all staff members about importance of Quality, Analytical Lab, Dossier, IPR with live examples from his own experience. He also encouraged all staff members to be a multi tasking in work, update yourself through latest technologies, take literature updates and try to learn new thing from each and every work.
At the last, he also shared his experienced about Gujarat Vidyapith. Due to Dr. Shah’s efforts and important role in grass root innovation, he was selected as Vice Chancellor of Gujarat Vidyapith. He shared with all staff members about life of Vidyapith’s Students. Dr.Shah also described various initiatives taken by Gujarat Vidyapith like Swabhiman Fellowship,Gram Shilpi, Green Environment, social activities at villages. He inspired all staff members to be a technoshilpi and invited all to visit Gujarat Vidyapith Campus also.1st Lecture Series of “AccuPulse” ended with the vote of thanks and it was a great opportunity for whole Accuprec staff to get ignites with Dr.Anamik Shah’s motivational speech. Shri Mayur Kandoriya (Director & CMO) presented small memento to the guest as a token of remembrance on behalf of Accuprec.
About Dr. Anamik Shah: Professor Anamik Shah has joined from 1st January 2015 as a Vice Chancellor of Gujarat Vidyapith, Ahmedabad (Gujarat-India)(Historical National Institute of Heritage and a deemed university) founded by Mahatma Gandhi in 1920. He is also trustee of ‘Kaba Gandhino Delo’ a historical parenteral house of Mahatma Gandhi at Rajkot, where Father of Nation has studied. Professor Dr. Anamik Shah is working as a senior most faculty member at Department of Chemistry,Saurashtra University. After appointment as a faculty member at Saurashtra University in 1983, for last 31 years, Professor Anamik Shah is teaching Organic, Medicinal, Environmental and Pharma Analytical Chemistry.
