Accuprec Research Labs Pvt Ltd organized meeting under the leadership of Shri Padmin Buch-Strategic Advisor, Dr. Manish Rachchh- Director(R & D) & CEO, Dr. Rina Gokani– Director & CSO and Shri Mayur Kandoriya-Director & CMO at Meeting Room on 20th April 2017. All staff member attended this meeting.
Meeting started with the welcome address to all. Actually this was the surprise meeting and all were eager to know abut agenda of this meeting. All employees of Accuprec were advised to fill Self Appraisal Form and submit the same to the Director. This meeting was organized to discussed about the same.
Self Appraisal Forms filled by all employees, were reviewed by Directors and Strategic Advisor of Accuprec Research Labs Pvt Ltd. Shri Padmin Buch discussed in brief about what employees wrote in this form. He was happy to read all employees ’s innovative ideas and suggestions. Many employees also wrote in that form what they feel in actual , in bold words without any fear/hesitance which shows their trust on company management.
Appreciation is a wonderful thing: It makes what is excellent in others belong to us as well. Many employees gave very good suggestions. Management team gave assurance that Employee recognition ideas can be executed very soon and for that they may discuss with each employee personally also.
Among all employees, Best five employees were recognized by Management Team and Advisor who gave some different ideas/suggestions than others:

Some of the suggestions were like: There should be training like How to face Audit, Job related training, Personality Development training, Safety Training any many more. Some employees also gave suggestions that we may celebrate each festival, leave policy, organize holy katha at work place etc.
As a token of appreciation, these five employees got chocolate gift packs for their innovative ideas/suggestions. Management team, Padmin Buch and whole staff congratulated them. Meeting ended with vote of thanks.
